How to quit smoking?

A lot of people quit smoking when they start to do physical training, because it is hard to practise any sport when you smoke. Others impose themselves to stop smoking, go through a self training for couple of months. When you feel like you are ready to quit smoking, choose a date before two weeks, for some people it is much easier to stop smoking on a Saturday or Sunday. Tell all your friends about this. It is good if you quit smoking with somebody of your friends or relative. It will be easier to quit smoking with someone else at the same time. Try to give up to other bad habits that you had in parallel with smoking.

- write down each cigarette that you smoke.

- try to change your smoking order, if you used to smoke a cigarette after each lunch, than try to smoke it a half an hour later.

- instead of smoking sitting in a comfortable chair, try to smoke standing outside.

- don’t buy more that one box of cigarettes. twice a week change the type of cigarettes that you smoke, try light cigarettes.

- put all the ashes in a big bowl.

- regular physical exercises.

- try to use the time for smoking with something else, drink a cup of juice.

At the end of your day throw away all the rest of the cigarettes.
