Stress
Most of the people think that the main reason of heart attacks is the stress. Of course it can increase the risk of a hear attack, but this is only one possibility. A very calm person can also have a heart attack. Or your life can be very stressful, but you won’t ever have a heart attack.
One there is a critical situation, your organism is protecting himself in a natural way, and it produces adrenaline - a substance which makes your heart work more intensive. So the stress situations are dangerous, but not by themselves, but by the way we react on them.
The stress can increase your artery pressure, head aches can appear and entire bad feeling of the body.
What should you do?
There is no certain recipe that can help each person, but there are several things which everyone should do.
- try to act not very spontaneos, when you are stressed. Relax for couple of minutes, and think twice. A short walk for two minutes can change a lot.
- when you are stressed try to hear your own heart, and do what you want, and change the situation.
- in you free time learn how to relax, not only your brain, but your entire body, all your muscle. This will help you a lot.
- regularly practice physical exercises. This will help you to relax.
- if you drink a lot of coffee try to reduce that. also drink less cola.
