Body overweight

According to statistics, those people that have overweight, are supposed under an increased risk of getting a heart attack, than skinny or normal persons. Comparing to normal people, overweight people have an increased artery pressure, higher level of cholesterol in blood, higher risk of diabetics, which itself increases the risk of a heart attack. Overweight people also have a bigger risk of getting breast cancer or colorectal cancer.

Aren’t you weighting too much?

There so many overweight people around us. Women admit that more often. Men consider their overweight as something normal, even if they weight like 10-15 kg over. So if you weight 5 kilos more than when you were 20 years old, or if you have a fat layer on your stomach more than 2 cm you have to loose weight.

What should you do?

Firstly forget about all sort of diets, which tell you to eat only one type of products, protein or low calories diets for example. These diets can bring harm to you health, because you don’t obtain the necessary elements from the food. This is what you have to do:

- eat 3 times a week.

- exclude the food which contains a lot of sugar and fat, eat the products which contain starch - rise, potatoes etc.

- eat less meat.

- low fat milk and other dairy products.

- eat slowly, try to eat the meal in half an hour.

- if you are feeling hungry, than try to eat something really light, like some vegetables or fruits.

- be ready to the thing that you are going to loose weight slowly.

So the first moment is the normal feeding of your organism. The second is that you have to move more. Here i described about physical training.

You probably heard about the think that to burn the calories from a chocolate pie, you have to run 5 km. Than think about this, do you really need to eat that much and than to do so many physical effort.

If you walk everyday for approximately 2 km, than you can loose 5 kg in a year. And if you increase the distance you can loose even more.

Overweight Children

A lot of children suffer from overweight nowadays. This can be transmitted from his parents, for example abundant eating, few physical exercises. But you can change the situation if you make your child practice some sport activity, eat at a certain hour and not when he wants, eat healthy food.
