It is very important to choose healthy food if you want to be healthy. Nowadays it is very hard to choose between all that huge diversity of products on the market. There are also a lot of opinions on what is healthy and what is not. And you have to remember that each person is an individual and has his own particularities, so your own personal diet should be an individual one, but based on general principles of a healthy life.
There is a huge variety of diets now and they appear everyday. You have to choose your own way of feeding.

Many people just don’t have time for thinking about what to eat, others are just not used to cook.

So, there will be a lot of recipes on how to cook healthy food, how to choose the products and how to save money and time.

Here is some statistic data which will show you the evolution of saturated fat and sugar in our food.
- in 1910 the calories that a person was receiving from fat was only 32% and now 42%.

- in 1910 sugar was only 12% of calories, and now it is 18%.

- from the starch containing products (which are very good) we are receiving only 21% of calories, and in 1910 it was 37%.

These changes had increased the risk prematurely deaths from diseases which can be prevented. Nowadays we have proves that exaggerated fat containing products increase the risk of breast cancer and ischaemic disease.

For some people making a small change in their daily food, can change a lot of things in his life. In other cases it is really hard to make that small change, because a lot of people are used to a certain way of leaving and it is hard to change our habits.

So if you want to start eating healthy food, give yourself a year to get used to that.
