Changes in your fridge…
Before you start to think what to eat, firstly try to remember what your family eats during the week. You should put yourself the following questions:
Do you eat more than three eggs per week?
Do you eat butter or margarine?
Each day meat?
Cheese several times per week?
Meat souses with a lot of fat?
You eat more meat that starch containing products ( rise, potatoes) or vegetables?
A lot of canned food? soups? vegetables? pickles? etc
Canned meat or souses?
white bread?
Salami, sausages?
Sweets? cookies?
Fat Milk?
Ice cream?
